What are the delivery charges for orders from the shop?

We have free delivery on most of our products. Please follow check out procedures to get a shipping calculation.  At Lighthouse Emporium we deliver your purchase at your doorstep. We only use the best Courier Companies who carry a reputation for delivering in a professional speedy manner.

Our products ship from the country of origin. The product description will indicate the country where the product is produced. Please be aware that import duties will apply if you are outside the particular product’s country or region.   

How long will delivery take?

All our products are delivered within 10 Working Days. Products purchased on backorder will have delayed delivery times.

How secure is shopping in the Online Store? Is my data protected?

At Lighthouse Emporium we believe in protecting the data of our customers. We have integrated a set of advance security features to protect the end user to the best of our abilities. No data is passed on to 3rd parties.

3D Secure is a technical standard created by Visa and MasterCard to further secure CNP (Card-holder Not Present) transactions over the Internet.

MasterCard brands their system as ‘MasterCard SecureCode’ and Visa call theirs ‘Verified by Visa’.

3D Secure protects a buyer’s credit card against unauthorised use when shopping online. This simple service enables buyers to validate transactions you make over the internet by requesting a personal code (usually sent to your cell phone or email address as a one time PIN). It helps protect against fraudulent use by unauthorised individuals.
